These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the xrpl.services website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Daniel Siedentopf XRP Ledger Services (“Daniel Siedentopf XRP Ledger Services”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you must not accept this agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and Daniel Siedentopf XRP Ledger Services, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website and Services. By using the Website and Services and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Billing and payments

You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. Sensitive and private data exchange happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures, and the Website and Services are also in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users. Scans for malware are performed on a regular basis for additional security and protection. If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. You acknowledge that you don't have any rights to see exclusive content when you do not have a valid Coil subscription. We cannot be held accountable when the Coil service does not work as intended.

Token Creator xApp

This Website offers a service called "Token Creator xApp" which lets you easily create Tokens on the XRP Ledger. The fee to use the service has to be paid to the XRP Ledger account "rrnpnAny58ak5Q6po8KQyZXnkHMAhyjhYx". The fee is not refundable because this account is "black holed", meaning NO ONE has access to this account. It is also NOT possible to gain access to this account in the future anymore. This means that the fee is being "burned" and LOST FOREVER. We can not guarantee that the creation of your token is successful. It is your responsibility to check all the requirements to create a Token on the XRP Ledger before making your payment. The website also helps with some additional checkboxes for you to accept before you can start creating your Token.

Escrow Releaser

This Website offers a service called "Escrow Releaser" through the XRP Ledger account "rELeasERs3m4inA1UinRLTpXemqyStqzwh". If you create an Escrow on the XRP Ledger with a specified "FinishAfter" time, the funds are locked until this specified time has passed. After the time has passed, the funds are not automatically released to the destination account. You need to submit an EscrowFinish transactions to release the locked up funds. When you activate the "Escrow-Releaser" for one of your Escrows it will automatically submit the EscrowFinish transaction for you and automatically release the XRP to the destination account. The fee to use this service has to be paid to the XRP Ledger account "rNixerUVPwrhxGDt4UooDu6FJ7zuofvjCF". In case you create Escrows with a far in the future FinishAfter time, we can not be held accountable when our service is not running anymore. Make sure you don't escrow your funds for many decades.

Token Trasher xApp

This Website offers a service called "Token Creator Xapp" which lets you easily remove Tokens from the XRP Ledger. The fee to use the service has to be paid to the XRP Ledger account "rNixerUVPwrhxGDt4UooDu6FJ7zuofvjCF". The fee is not refundable. We can not guarantee that the removal of a Token from your account is successful. Certain conditions have to be met and some settings might block the removal of the token. It is your responsibility to check all the requirements to remove a Token on the XRP Ledger before making your payment.

Website Usage data

This website is connected to a backend. When executing XRPL functions and our services, some data is stored in the backend (like XRPL account and XUMM data). This allows us to send you push notification to your XUMM device. Your IP and other available data might be stored in connection with your XRPL Account and/or XUMM data.

XUMM usage data

This website is connected to XUMM (https://xumm.dev). When using our Website, you also agree on the Terms & Conditions of https://xumm.dev.

Prohibited uses

The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in Germany, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

Assignment

You may not assign, resell, sub-license or otherwise transfer or delegate any of your rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent, which consent shall be at our own sole discretion and without obligation; any such assignment or transfer shall be null and void. We are free to assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, to any third party as part of the sale of all or substantially all of its assets or stock or as part of a merger.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms related to the Website and Services at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page.
